Beginning operations in 1990 as a fully licensed and
bonded construction company, Green Mountain
Construction, Inc., has grown from a small company
building weekend cabins to a relatively large outfit,
custom building upscale homes and townhouses.
Green Mountain Construction designed and built the ~13,000-square-foot
retail shopping mall in downtown Cloudcroft, the Burro Street Exchange.
Employing up to 28, our services include design, construction and financing. We concentrate on developing in-house talents with a full-time designer, carpentry shop
and a concrete batch plant.
Employees of these services, along with all field personnel,
work together as a team to provide customers with the highest quality possible throughout the duration of
the project. It is this team effort that, when combined with sound management
principles, has contributed to the success of Green Mountain Construction over the past years. Our success is measured not only in gross sales, but also by the number of satisfied customers living in Green Mountain homes.
